Reset another user’s password on Workplace

Admins can only reset another user’s account password if they’re logged into Workplace on a computer.
You need to be a system admin or account manager to make a user reset their password.
To reset a user’s password:
  1. Click Admin PanelAdmin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
  2. Click People.
  3. Find the user account whose password you'd like to reset. You can filter results to speed up your search.
  4. Click the three dots More to the right and select Force password reset.
  5. Click OK.
An email will be sent to the user to prompt them to change their password.
Note: username and password credentials chosen by users in Workplace are unique to Workplace, and separate to any passwords they may use on Facebook.
